Larry Patterson has over 34 years of experience serving in municipal government and consulting. His tenure with the City of Oregon City began in 2004. A native of Texas, Mr. Patterson, brings with him previous experience as an Assistant City Manager in Bay Town, Texas, and most recently served as the City Manager of Bend, Oregon for 14 years.
